MU Online Season 20 marks the debut of the Alchemist, the game's 15th playable class, and a sweeping overhaul of the Rune Wizard through a full class renewal. The season introduced Legendary Equipment — a new gear tier above Mastery — the 8th Mastery Earrings, and two major new hunting areas: Kardamahal Underground Temple and Swamp of Doom. Released across three part groups through 2024–2025, Season 20 also brought the 7th Guardian (Taurus), an improved Guild Matching System, and significant endgame expansions to level cap and seasonal rewards.

What is the Alchemist class in Season 20?
The Alchemist is MU Online's 15th playable character class, introduced in Season 20 Part 1-1. It is built around alchemy-inspired combat mechanics with a distinct skill tree and dedicated equipment sets added in Part 1-2. Like other advanced classes, the Alchemist features a skill enhancement tree and evolves through class change quests.
What is Legendary Equipment?
Legendary Equipment is a new gear tier introduced in Season 20 Part 1-3, sitting above the existing Mastery Equipment in the item hierarchy. Legendary items provide superior stat bonuses and require advanced crafting materials to obtain. Additional Legendary tiers were added in subsequent seasons, with Season 21 introducing the 2nd Legendary tier.
What new maps were added in Season 20?
Season 20 added two major maps: Kardamahal Underground Temple, introduced as an exploration zone in Part 1-2 and expanded with an Elite Zone in Part 1-3; and Swamp of Doom, a large battlefield zone added in Part 2-2 and unlocked as an Elite Zone in Part 2-3.
