New Battlefield: Swamp of Doom

Background Story

Under the command of the MU Empire, a group of explorers began investigating the Swamp of Peace—a mysterious land recently uncovered by Marlon.

With the aid of the continent’s bravest heroes, they ventured across four islands within the swamp. There, they encountered Medusa and previously unknown lifeforms.

On the western island, they discovered statues, a grand plaza, and an ancient altar. In the south, they found a desolate cemetery—clear remnants of a once-thriving civilization. Yet, no living souls remained.

The cause of the civilization’s disappearance remained a mystery. Was it destroyed by Medusa and her monsters, or had its people vanished on their own? Hoping to find answers, the explorers activated a dormant magical circle.

They gathered scattered fragments of the broken circle and, with the help of powerful wizards, reassembled it into a statue. As the magic circle awakened, a towering purple pillar of light erupted into the sky. Sparks crackled. The statue’s eyes began to glow ominously.

The dark energy radiating from the circle filled the air with unease. Although the wizards and heroes hesitated, the explorers insisted on moving forward. The heroes stepped through first, followed by the others.

They emerged on a massive, shadowy island—silent, foreboding, and filled with monsters resembling those from the Swamp of Peace. But these creatures crackled with intense elemental energy, unlike anything seen before.

The explorers soon realized the truth: long ago, these monsters had crossed into the Swamp of Peace via the magic circle. In desperation, the survivors destroyed the portal to halt their advance.

Although the monsters weakened as they strayed from their origin, the island itself remains a place of overwhelming power—teeming with lethal foes capable of total destruction.

  • The entry level is 1550, and the hunting penalty level is 1600.
  • You can move by consuming 50,000 zen through the movement command window.
  • It can be accessed through the portal located at Swamp of Peace (131, 177).
  • You can use Helper Plus to move to the hunting ground (main/sub-main) of the desired element.
  • There is a safe zone on the map, when entering the hunting ground, dying or reconnecting, you will be moved to a safe zone.
  • Swamp of Doom is an elemental hunting ground, where monsters with elements appear.
  • Monsters here have resistance stats such as Excellent Damage Rate Resistance, Critical Damage Rate Resistance, Attribute Critical Damage Rate Resistance, Damage Absorption, Debuff Resistance, and Shock Attributes.
