The Jewel of Chaos can be used to make combinations of items in the Chaos Machine.

Jewel of Life

The Jewel of Life is used to enhance an items's option. This adds additional defense or additional damage.

Jewel of Creation

Used for creating fruits that increase stats, resurrect pets, and different combinations in the Chaos Machine.

Jewel of Guardian

It is a jewel that is used in LVL 380 items, the item must be +4 or more and the SD is applicable only for PVP.

Gemstone

This item by refining it in the Elpis can create a Jewel of Harmony.

Jewel of Harmony

Jewel of Harmony is a jewel that is used to increase the efficiency of Weapons/Shields and Armor parts by adding an additional option to the desired item. The jewel can be refined from Gemstones with the help of Elpis inside the Refinery Tower.
