8th Guardian: Rhino
The new 8th-generation Guardian is the Rhino, also available in a rare version called Rhino (Rare).
Rhino (Rare) has the same stats as the standard Rhino but a different color, and can be obtained with a 1% chance.
The Rhino is an inventory-equipped mount item, obtained through the 7th Guardian (Tauros) upgrade combination starting from +11.
Required Level: 1,500 (both Rhino and Rhino Rare).

How to Obtain the Rhino
Perform Guardian upgrade combinations at the Lorencia NPC 'Trainer' (122, 110).
Combinations are possible starting from Tauros +11; the success rate depends on the enhancement level.
The Rhino's Seal and Jewel items are required as crafting materials.
If the combination fails, the ingredient items are consumed and the Guardian used as the base material drops to +0.
On success, the Guardian's Normal Options and Elite Resistance Option are randomly re-assigned. When upgrading a Guardian with 3 Normal Options, at least 2 are randomly re-assigned; the Elite Resistance Option is always re-assigned.
* When the upgrade combination is performed, the 'Rhino (Rare)' item can be acquired at a 1% probability.

This is a combination material item used to craft the 8th Guardian.
Can be purchased from 'Elbeland NPC Priest James (32, 239)' for 50,000 Ruud.

Additional Options
The Rhino can receive normal options as well as Elite Resistance options.
Elite Resistance options reduce the negative effects caused by monsters in the Elite Zones.

Dismantling a Guardian
You can dismantle Guardian items held in your inventory by equipping them and using the Dismantle function.
Dismantling yields Guardian Enhancement Stone items.
